Sizing details
Each mat measures 30 by 18 inches and weighs approximately 5 pounds. This is my only size of doormat and is a standard size.
Custom and personalised orders
Customs orders are always welcome! Most custom mats are $60, with some more intricate designs slightly higher. Please use the "Request Custom Order" button and let me know what you have in mind. I can't wait to hear your ideas!
Gift wrapping and packaging
The mats are rolled and wrapped in recyclable paper for shipping purposes in an attempt to stay as green as possible. The wrapping is recyclable - please take advantage! If you are purchasing as a gift, leave a note to the lucky recipient upon purchase and I am happy to leave the note inside for them.

Care instructions
The mats love shady, dry environments. I recommend a covered entrance or garage. Fibers in mats that sit in moisture will darken and not look the same as when you received it.
Also, the more friends you have, the faster your mat may wear.
We walk a fine line between patio decor and shoe cleaning station here, ya know?
Don't forget that while each mat is durable and effective, it's also a decor piece and will last longer with some TLC.
Shedding is normal for first month of use.
AspenBlueCo is not responsible for the degradation of mats that have not been cared for according to the above instructions.

If you live in the Nanaimo area, skip the shipping costs (code: LOCALSHOPPING) and arrange for a pickup!
Mats shipped within Canada & USA include tracking number. International orders do not include a tracking number at this time.
AspenBlueCo does not guarantee shipping dates, and will not be responsible for shipping delays by postal services.
Processing time
The mats typically take 1-2 weeks to be made and shipped! If your mat is for a special occasion, please let me know and I will try my best to have it made and shipped in time. You also have the option to upgrade your shipping to ExpressPost but please send me a message beforehand so I can let you know my current processing time.
