Explore editable occasion newspapers, themed escape-room kits, 16-page children’s city adventure books, and 20-page family recipe and story books. Individual products and selected bundles are available, including the complete ten-city collection. All are DIY digital downloads. The shop also offers website source-code templates in separate sections. Each listing gives its exact contents, formats, dimensions, and license.

All current products are digital downloads; nothing is shipped. Etsy makes the files available after payment is processed. Download every file in your order and extract all ZIP parts on a computer. Follow the included START-HERE or README instructions. Printing, physical props, hosting, installation, software subscriptions, and seller personalization are not included.

Our printable collections include editable PPTX files and matching PDFs. Use a desktop editor that supports PowerPoint files; software is not included. Text, tables, and many decorative shapes are editable; illustrated artwork is replaceable as an image, not as separate painted details. PDFs are print references. They were exported with LibreOffice. Canva import and interactive desktop PowerPoint behavior have not been verified; no Canva template link is supplied. Check fonts and layout before exporting. Website requirements are listed separately.

Each newspaper design has six pages: a cover, feature story, timeline, profiles, occasion details, and keepsake prompts. Wedding listings include three alternative six-page styles; other individual newspapers include one six-page design. Each comes with editable PPTX, matching sample PDF, instructions, and a license. Bundles include the designs named in that listing. Download every ZIP part. Fictional sample text and images are starting points for your own content.

Replace the fictional sample names, dates, stories, quotations, and photographs in the PPTX, then export a new PDF. Pages are US Letter portrait, 8.5 × 11 inches. Print at 100% or actual size. Review font substitutions, photo cropping, spelling, and page breaks before printing. Make one test copy first, whether you print at home or through a print service. The included sample PDF does not update automatically when you edit the PPTX.

Each current real-estate theme includes Next.js, React, and HTML editions plus English, French, Spanish, German, and Arabic RTL layouts. Hosting, domains, installation, CMS features, payments, booking tools, and live property feeds are not included. Demonstration enquiry forms require your own endpoint. Website bundles use Node.js 20.9+ for offline unpacking; individual themes use ordinary ZIP files. Follow the included README for your chosen edition.

Read the license supplied with your product. Newspapers allow the stated private household or event use. Escape kits allow personal use, classroom use, or one private event per purchase. Destination books are for the buyer’s child, household, or same family trip; classroom and commercial uses require a separate license. Family books include their own personal-use terms. Website themes cover one finished website for you or one client. Source-file resale and redistribution are prohibited. For product help, message the shop with your order number and product name.

Each kit has eight connected puzzles, three player packets, a host guide, hints, and an ending. A host prepares and releases the packets. Print them single-sided at actual size; provide pencils and scratch paper. Keep HOST-GUIDE.pdf and the full PRINT.pdf away from players: they contain answers. Personalize only names and event details identified in START-HERE; leave all clues and codes unchanged. Decorations are not clues. Editing PPTX does not update the supplied PDFs: export new copies and separate the player pages as instructed. Follow the kit’s checkpoints. These are untimed games; a tested duration or difficulty is not promised.
