We accept Paypal, credit cards, debit cards and Etsy gift cards.

Payment is due before an order will be shipped. Occasionally, your order payment will be "pending" or "processing" for several days. I cannot ship the order until it has been processed. As soon as this status has cleared, your order will be prepared and shipped within 1 - 5 business days.

PROCESSING & DELIVERY TIME
I tend to work on my Etsy orders between the hours of 9am-5pm, should you place an order outside of these hours please note that it will not be processed until working hours have next begun.
Once orders are processed they are shipped within 1-3 business days. Please note that all shop items are made to order and so processing times may vary. You will receive a dispatch notification when your order has been shipped.

If you would like your order by a specific date, please specify this BEFORE you purchase from my shop. I cannot guarantee delivery times.

UK shipping:
Orders are sent via Royal Mail 1st Class Signed For and takes 1-3 business days. Please note that during the holidays, shipping times can take longer. Delays in shipping are not the responsibility of the seller should this occur. Please ensure you leave enough time for orders to arrive during busy seasons.

Worldwide shipping:

All items are shipped within 1-3 business days of your payment clearing. I will send you an e-mail confirming that your item has been shipped on the day that it is posted.

I ship from the UK using Royal Mail International Tracked & Signed - Knowing you have peace of mind in being able to track your order from when I drop it off at the Post Office until it arrives on your doorstep.

- Packages shipped to Europe normally take 5-8 working days.
- Packages shipped to the US normally take around 10 days - 3 weeks to arrive, however during busy seasons this may take longer.
- Shipping to the rest of the world takes approximately 2-3 weeks, although customs can occasionally delay packages further.

Once your item has been posted, I cannot do anything to speed up the process. If you are concerned about how long your package will take to reach you, feel free to contact me to confirm the date that it was shipped. However, I ask that you wait at least 6 weeks for your order to arrive before it is refunded or replaced. I may ask you to wait longer around extra busy periods such as Christmas.

CUSTOMS & IMPORT TAXES
Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. The seller is not responsible for delays due to customs.

PACKAGING
Jewellery items are packaged in a white gift box and wrapped in branded paper. Customers have mentioned that they LOVE how their orders have been packaged as they make beautiful gifts.

CONTACT INFORMATION
Your shipping and billing address and contact information will only be required to communicate with you about your order and to fulfill your order. Your details will not be shared with any third parties.

COLLABORATIONS
Please note that at this time I am not currently engaging in collaborations with other business owners. All business enquiries or enquiries regarding items being 'donated' for private events will at this time be rejected.
