Hey there, I’m Leo. I make the art I wish I could have found growing up.
I’m an illustrator based in Argentina, and my entire life has been shaped by the pop culture milestones of the 80s, 90s, and early 2000s. I spent my childhood glued to arcade screens, drawing cartoon characters, and obsessing over sci-fi movies and punk rock.
This is not commercial merchandise. This is a curated collection of original, independent, hand-drawn pop art.
A few years ago, I got tired of seeing the same mass-produced, soulless merchandise everywhere—you know the type: a generic movie poster stamped onto a low-quality t-shirt. I felt that the stories and universes we love deserved something much better. Something with an artist’s soul.
That’s how PIMPUM started.
Every single piece in this shop begins right here on my drawing board. No AI, no cheap internet graphics—just pure, hand-drawn illustration. My catalog is split into two personal passions: the adventures of my own signature character—a nostalgic traveler who loves to wear costumes and visit iconic alternative worlds—and standalone tribute illustrations where I give a fresh, artistic twist to our favorite retro memories.
I carefully select high-quality materials through Printful because I want these designs to be comfortable to wear and beautiful to collect as art prints. This is handcrafted nostalgia for those who value good design, authentic artwork, and a bit of a rebellious attitude.
