What if my package doesn't arrive within the estimated timeframe...
It's up to the Buyer to make sure the address and name are correct, that they have someone at the address to accept mail and Seller is not responsible for misdirected mail when Customer has an incorrect address listed. When checking out, the buyers address is listed. If incorrect, please cancel the order, correct the address and repurchase.
The shipping time frame is Canada Posts 'estimated' time frame and not a guaranteed delivery time. Sometimes delays can happen at the Border, busy holidays and shopping seasons with more than average amount of mail moving through the system and even due to weather, fires etc. Please give it a couple more days if tracking doesn't update immediately.
Are there any Countries you won't ship to?
I currently only ship North America, but do make the odd exception.
Shipping and Shipping Fees
As per Etsy, buyers are responsible for return postage costs, including for exchanges. If the item is not returned in its original, unused condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value. An exchange must be discussed with the Seller prior to return.
With rising fuel and shipping costs, especially daily trips to and from the Post Office, my shipping days are twice a week, Tuesdays and Fridays. If I'm away and unable to ship on the Tuesday or Friday, I'll send notification of why there is a slight delay.
All items are now shipped with Tracking.
