Once your payment is confirmed, you can download your file in one of two ways:

1. If you're logged into your Etsy account: Go to Your Account > Purchases & Reviews to find and download the PDF file (usually titled Thank You Page or TY Page).

2. If you checked out as a guest: Etsy will send a download link to the email address you provided at checkout.

Yes! We’ve recently started offering Canva-editable templates. Some products are ready-to-print only, while others include editable options—especially invitations and certificates. Just look for the Canva icon on the product listing to see if it’s editable.

Unfortunately, all sales are final due to the digital nature of the products. Once a file is purchased, it can't be returned or canceled.
