Can I get a design printed on a sweatshirt instead of a t-shirt?
If you see a design you like but would prefer it on another type of shirt (for example a child's tee or a sweatshirt), please reach out. I can figure out what the pricing would be an add it to the listing.
What if I want a shirt color that isn't shown as an option?
Feel free to send me a message if you're looking for a shirt in a color other than what I've listed. If it's available, I can add it to the listing.
What is your return policy?
Because the shirts are printed to order, I don't typically offer returns. However, in the event that there is an error in the design or the print quality, then I will definitely make it right. Please message me and send photos showing any issues so that I can address it right away.
What if I need the shirt by a certain date? How can I confirm it will arrive in time?
To be safe, I recommend ordering any custom shirts at least 10 days before you need them. Usually it takes less time, but it's better to err on the earlier side. If you need to receive an item by a certain date (for a trip or a special gift), please reach out and let me know prior to ordering so that I can guide you as to whether your timeline is doable. Processing and shipping times are usually pretty quick, but sometimes they are longer, especially during holidays and other busy times of year.
Can you create a custom design for me from scratch?
I love to play with graphics and designs, so if I have the time, I'd love to create a design based on your needs. Feel free to message me - I always respond quickly.
