About Bluebird Edition and me
Hi, I’m Maja, a designer based in Berlin and the person behind Bluebird Edition.
I started this shop from a quiet but persistent feeling that some images do more than decorate a wall. They create atmosphere, shift the mood of a room and sometimes even change the way we feel inside it. I wanted to create a place for exactly these kinds of images and to build something of my own along the way.
As a designer and creative person, I’m drawn to visuals that tell a story without needing to be loud. Quiet landscapes, painterly scenes, unexpected characters, gentle colors and subtle humor all have a place here. Some pieces feel calm and nostalgic; others are playful or slightly unusual. What connects them is a focus on mood, storytelling and art that feels personal rather than purely decorative.
Bluebird Edition includes printable wall art, artwork for Frame TVs and personalized photo keepsakes. Most designs are available as instant high-resolution downloads, while personalized pieces are made to order using your own photograph.
Digital art gives you the freedom to make each piece your own. You can print it as a small postcard for your desk, create a larger statement piece above your bed, add it to a gallery wall or display it on your Frame TV. The same artwork can find a completely different meaning depending on where and how you choose to live with it.
I believe art should feel accessible, flexible and connected to everyday life. I love the thought that something created here in Berlin might travel across the world and quietly become part of someone else’s home.
