2 out of 5 starsI was expecting more detail and shading like the pictures in the listing showed. The general outline is correct but without the shading it doesn't really look like our dog. I'll probably order from another shop to keep the memory of how she actually looked. Also, after sending the message of her picture there was no reply which is... Different than every shop I've ever worked with.
