No. Each Boxtiful snack box is uniquely curated. Snack selections vary by availability, season, and theme. Photos shown are examples of past boxes.

This box features a variety of Asian snacks. Some flavors and textures may be unique or different from Western snacks. Taste preferences vary, and this experience is best for customers who enjoy trying new flavors.
3. What’s included in the themed boxes?
Seasonal themes include a small themed touch such as a sticker and/or mini card, with an occasional surprise mini item selected to match the occasion. Designs and contents may vary based on availability.
4. How long will shipping take?
Most orders ship within 1-3 business days and usually arrive within 3-7 business days (US orders). You're receive tracking information once your order ships.
5. What makes Boxtiful different?
Boxtiful isn't just about snacks - it's about care. Each item is hand-picked by a mom who loves sharing good food, warmth, and a little joy with others. Every box is prepared as if it's going to a friend.
6. What happens if my package is marked as delivered but I haven't received it?
Once an order is marked as delivered by the carrier, we are no longer responsible for the package. Please ensure your delivery location is secure. Unfortunately, we cannot offer refunds or replacements for stolen or missing packages marked as delivered. We appreciate your understanding!
7. What if I entered the wrong shipping address?
We totally understand that mistakes happen! If you realize there’s an error in your shipping address after placing an order, please reach out as soon as possible. While we’re unable to edit addresses once an order is placed, we’re happy to cancel it for you so you can place a new one with the correct info. Unfortunately, this only applies before the package ships. Once shipped, we are no longer able to reverse the delivery so please double check your address at check out!!

Yes! all snacks, teas, and kits are freshly sourced and restocked regularly.
We carefully check expiration dates and packaging before shipping to you.
10. Do you accept returns or exchanges?
Because our products contain food items, we're unable to accept returns or exchanges for safety reasons. But if your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us and we'll make it right.
