Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. I'm not responsible for delays due to customs.

For some designs, the bricks are from existing stock in Singapore, so they are packed and sent from Singapore. For the other designs, the bricks are manufactured, sorted and packed in China. To save on shipping cost for the customers, these are shipped directly from China.

Before purchasing, please read the description carefully. It will be flagged out if the bricks for that design are mini bricks, which are smaller than standard bricks.

For digital downloads, it has been found that the link doesn't work on mobiles. Therefore, it is advised to open the link on your computer.

No, you will need to assemble the minifigures yourself.

If your minifig is missing a part (e.g. arm), please take a photo of it in its original, unopened packaging and send it to us. We check all our minifigures TWICE before we send them out so it is highly unlikely that we miss out a part.

Please send your photo of UNOPENED package within 7 days of receipt.

Replacement requests without the supporting photo or sent after 7 days of receipt will not be entertained.

All cards, bookmarks and other paper products will be sent out on normal, UNTRACKED mail. If the package arrives late, damaged or goes missing, it will not be covered under Etsy's Buyer Protection program and will not be eligible for a refund.

If you would like the order to be covered under Etsy's Buyer Protection program, please opt for a mail upgrade to registered mail.

For orders (including shipping) < SGD70, the Singapore Post will be used and they do not require your contact number.
For orders (including shipping) > SGD70, other delivery companies will be used and they require your contact number. So please send me your contact number if your order is >SGD70.
