What happens if I don’t reply to the proof?
⏳ If we don’t hear from you in 3 days, we’ll proceed with the last version.
How long will it take to receive my order?
📅 Processing is 3–5 business days + shipping. Please allow more time during holidays.
Do you accept returns on custom orders?

How should I wash and care for my embroidered shirt?
🧺 To keep your embroidery looking fresh:
🔄 Turn the shirt inside out before washing
❄️ Use cold water and choose a gentle cycle
🚫 Avoid bleach and strong detergents
🌬️ Air dry or use low heat when machine drying
🧼Do not iron directly on the embroidery — place a cloth on top if needed
