All our rugs are Handmade, so you can just clean your rug with regular vacuum cleaners.
All our Hank Knotted Rugs are washable. (Professional Washing Prefereed)
All of the HAND TUFTED rugs or any rug with a cloth backing is Unwashable.

Where does my Rug ship from.

We stock our rugs at multiple locations around the world USA, India, UK, Germany.
Your rug will ship from the nearest warehouse location depending on the availability.
You will receive your rug in 4-8 business days no matter where it ships from

Do you Accept Returns

Yes, we accepts returns within 7 days. The returns will be accepted only for the following reason below:

1. Damaged Shipment Arrival
Please note, you will have to report the damage on delivery immediately
with photograph evidence of the shipment damage delivery

2. Manufacturing Defect
We also stand by our products and accept returns within 7 days if you
received a defective rug. Please note that only the following defects qualify
as manufacturing defect for returns.
A. Stains (Should be reported immediately after opening the rug)
B. Missing Pile
C. Tears or Cuts (Shipping Damage, should be reported along with
delivered package photo)

Do you accept Returns on Color Variance?

Please Note Each order undergoes meticulous quality control before it is shipped to ensure consistency.

We DO NOT ACCEPT Returns based on Color Interpretation Discrepncies.

It's worth noting that the perception of the rug's color may vary depending
on the lighting and the viewing angle. If you examine the rug from a
different perspective along its length, you may notice a variation in shade.
Any rug may appear different under various lighting conditions and on
screens with different settings.

The variation in how the rug appears on your screen may be attributed to the differences in screen settings. In fact, we have observed differences in color perception when viewing the same rug on multiple screens we own from different brands

Do you accept Returns if the Wool Rug Sheds?

Wool is a natural fiber, and the shedding of wool from a rug is a clear indicator of its authenticity, confirming that the rug is crafted from 100% wool. It's worth noting that hand-tufted wool rugs and high-pile wool rugs tend to shed more than their hand-knotted or low-pile counterparts.

Please be aware that we DO NOT ACCEPT RETURNS due to shedding in your wool rug. This is because shedding is a natural characteristic of wool. However, if you are interested in a rug with minimal shedding, we are more than willing to assist you in finding a rug that is better suited to your preferences, shedding less and aligning more closely with your needs. Please feel free to reach out to us, and we will guide you in selecting a rug that meets your spe

Do you accept returns on Size Variation.

Yes we accept returns if your rug size is shorter or longer than the permitted measures below:

A. Upto 2 inches for Hand Tufted Rugs
B. upto 3 Inches for Hand Knotted rugs

Please note that we only sell handmade rugs and the size is never consistent from one handmade rug to another handmade rug of same design and color.
Not just that most rugs tend to either shrink or expand due to weather over time, so the rug might be shorter or longer than the listed sizes for sale upto permitted variance.

Please Note that there would always be variance in size, but we make sure to list the most accurate size and actual size in the description.
