After payment confirmation, use Etsy.com in a browser > Purchases > Download Files; guest buyers use the receipt link. Extract the entire ZIP. For event templates, open PERSONALIZE.html on desktop Chrome or Edge, choose EN/FR/ES, edit the text and save your draft or export. The local editor needs no code. Optional online editing on phone or desktop requires manual code activation after we verify your Etsy order. Illustration packs contain images and PDFs instead. Read the guide supplied with your product. The Etsy app does not support digital downloads. Contact us through your order for help.

Event packs include a ZIP with a local HTML editor, named SVG designs, an English example PDF and EN/FR/ES guides. You also receive the PDF, English guide and license separately. Wedding packs have 36 pages, including 20 table-number variants; baby shower packs have 16; bridal shower and birthday packs have 15. Text and paper color are editable; fonts, layout and illustration colors are fixed. Exact print sizes are listed per product. Small PNG exports use 300 pixels per inch; large ones are capped at 24 million pixels. Illustration packs instead include raster PNG/JPEG and reference PDFs as described. Printing and physical items are not included.

Licenses differ by product. Event template packs are for personal event use; you may give files to a print service for that event, but may not resell templates or redistribute digital files. Botanical illustration packs permit personal projects, tattoo consultation references and up to 500 physical finished products under their stated license. All designs are non-exclusive. No source-file sharing, digital resale, stock/brush redistribution or exclusive ownership claims. Read the license in the specific product download before use.

Some botanical illustrations appear both as single designs and in themed collections. Every illustration listing names the artwork: compare inventories before buying several. Event packs share functional stationery types and design systems; choose the occasion and visual style you prefer. Wedding packs include 20 table-number variants and two sign-size variants, which count toward the 36 pages. All designs are non-exclusive. File formats and size variants do not mean additional unrelated artwork.
