5 out of 5 starsYes, I still wear a mask. Especially when sick or wanting to avoid getting sick at work. This pattern is the best I've had so far. Way better than some free ones I found on the internet. Easy to sew and fits my face perfectly!

Refunds and exchanges policy extended
Items cannot be refunded if they have been delivered, been marked as returned to sender or if the incorrect address has been provided by the buyer, or due to postal delays. Please double check the delivery address before finalising your order. Reminder: postal delays caused by Australia Post is outside of my control.
I aim to dispatch orders via standard Australia Post within 3-5 business days from date of purchase, therefore, please let me know immediately if the delivery address needs to be amended. Items purchased on a Saturday, Sunday or Public Holiday won't be dispatched until the following business day.
Refunds will only be issued once I have received the item back and it is in its original condition.
Gift wrapping and packaging
To reduce the impact on the environment, I package items using minimal waste. I also endeavour to use recycled postage bags and boxes where possible.
If you are buying a gift, I am happy to post the item directly to the recipient and to forward the receipt to yourself. I am also able to gift wrap if required, however, this may be at an additional cost. Please get in touch with me for more information.

Care instructions are listed on each item's description. However, I also send a care instruction card along with your purchase.
Custom and personalized orders
I am able to make custom orders for additional sizes for cushions and clothing, however, this is dependent on the fabric I have available. Please get in touch with me to find out more.

I can ship items to the USA, Canada, UK and EU, however, the shipping fees may be high. Please get in touch with me for a quote on shipping to your country.

International postage fees explained
Due to the event of COVID19 in 2020, New Zealand revised their fees for international postage in order to compensate for the reduced international flights leaving New Zealand. Therefore, the costs of shipping is calculated by this formula:
Freight price ($) = Weight (kg) x Rate ($).
The rate for calculating the cost to send is varied according to which zone the country is located.
