Not difficult to assemble for someone not very handy like me. Looks great on the wall and my cats enjoying testing it out. The steps are big enough but a similar size to what you might find for a regular-sized cat.

Well built and sturdy, I would recommend trying to get some screws into studs if you can. I would also recommend the larger size for cats bigger than 12ish pounds. My boys fit, but I think would benefit from larger platforms!

UPDATE: Natali contacted me and explained the situation for taking a bit longer to respond. I do recommend her products! So much so that I bought a second cat house and more steps! Furniture for cats made of natural solid wood

Our story of furniture creation began with making a special shelf for our lovely cat called Candy. We hung this shelf by the window because Candy was always looking for a place on top level. Candy enjoyed the idea so much that in addition to the shelf we had to invent some other new things and pieces of furniture to make our pet's life much more interesting and varied at home. All our friends were in raptures! And it's no wonder: all of them were owners of cats and so we decided to make presents for their beloved little creatures. Our gifts were also highly appreciated by their pets. We continue to please pets with our products, we do everything with great love and care! In our production we never use man-made materials, all of the furniture is made of environmentally friendly solid pine wood. It is a durable product which will definitely please both your pet and you.

Item received damaged

We carefully pack our products, but sometimes damage occurs during delivery!

If damage is found after unpacking, contact your local post office and report (open a claim) that the items inside the box are damaged.
Take a photo of the packaging and also take a photo of any damaged items.
Send us photos and damage report.
Do not discard packaging or damaged parts, this may be required for confirmation.

Cost of delivery

Unfortunately, the furniture is quite heavy and large in size, so its delivery is expensive.
As the number of items in an order increases, the delivery cost does not decrease, but increases.
