Machine embroidery has been a passion of mine for many years, creating high quality personalized gifts for friends and family. It will be my pleasure to create a well loved keepsake for you! I will consider any and all requests for personalization by embroidery. Good customer service is very important to me and I will work with you to create your very own customized gift.

***** Please remember that these are CUSTOM embroidered items and due to the quantity of orders that I receive, usually take around 2 weeks for processing plus shipping time.

***** Before I embroider, you MUST APPROVE an embroidery proof of your design that will be created closer to the estimated shipping date and sent to you in an Etsy conversation.

****** If you would like your order processed faster, I offer a RUSH listing option for an additional cost and it will process in 2 - 3 business days and then ship by Priority mail to US addresses only. Canadian orders processing can be rushed, but will still take around 2 weeks shipping time. There is a link to the RUSH listing on the left column of this page.

***** Orders shipping to Canada must be ordered at least 4 weeks in advance from date needed, due to a minimum 2 weeks shipping time. The cost of shipping to Canada has increased quite a bit. I may check into other options, but as of now your order will still ship through the post office.***
