Covid-19 Customer Information
Chained Dolls partners with a fulfillment company who prints and ships some of our products. We're in regular communication with them regarding updates on fulfillment and shipping and following news on Covid-19. Both Chained Dolls and our fulfillment partner are still operating and we're continuing to accept orders.
Fulfillment will take longer, but your orders will reach you. Our standard fulfillment estimate of 5 to 7 business days is currently closer to 7 to 14 business days.
Your support means a lot to us, especially during this time. We thank you for your understanding and patience. The number one priority right now is health, so stay safe and take care of yourselves.
Do you accept returns?
Chained Dolls offers refunds on individual cases. If you wish to return an item, please contact me within 15 days of receiving the item(s).
The item(s) must be returned in the same manner and condition they were received, this includes the packaging. Due to Covid-19 we are unable to accept returns for neck gaiters, mugs, hoodies, t-shirts, water bottles and face masks.
We do not offer refunds because of your failure to read the title and description of the product. Please be sure to thoroughly read the details to make sure you're purchasing the size you need.
We do not offer refunds on items purchased while on sale/clearance.
Refunds will be processed as soon as the returned item is received and inspected.
Do you offer international shipping?
Chained Dolls currently does not offer international shipping.
When will my item(s) be shipped?
All handmade items (bracelets, dolls, stationery) will be shipped via the United States Postal Service (USPS). Your item(s) will be packaged and shipped 1-3 business days (Monday-Friday) from the date payment is received. Tracking information will be provided once your package has shipped.
Third party items (t-shirts, hoodies, neck gaiters, face masks, water bottles, mugs) will be shipped via third party and can take from 5 to 7 days for processing. Due to Covid 19, we are experiencing shipping delays. Please allow 7 to 14 days for processing and shipping.
Chained Dolls is not responsible for package delivery errors due to an incorrect or undeliverable address. Verify that your shipping address is correct before submitting your order.
What happens if my order is lost or stolen?
Chained Dolls is not responsible for lost orders or stolen items. Please contact your local Post Office with your tracking number. If in the United States, you can file a claim through the official United States Postal Service website.
