1 out of 5 starsI'd give it a zero if I could. Total lack of professionalism and communication. I ordered from this shop because it was close to me and the estimated shipping date was well within the time I needed the item. That date came and went and no item, no response my messages in which I asked then status and then to cancel. I then get a shipping notice however the item wasn't shipped until over a week later. I have no use for it now. They did put that there was a family emergency which was causing a delay in shipping but that was not put up until AFTER I ordered. I would suggest next time you put the shop on vacation instead. I understand things happen but the lack of communication is unacceptable.
