4 out of 5 starsCompletely disappointed with this vendor. Purchased 4 pairs of shoes and one pair did not arrive. I reached out to let them know 1 was missing and ended up going back and forth with seller regarding the packaging. Seller insists they packed 4 pairs, only 3 arrived. Kept asking questions about the packaging even after I said there was no tampering with the package. I could not give exact information regarding the packaging as I threw it out. I said I was not a type of person to try and scam someone over a pair of children shoes. I finally said either refund me or replace the item. They then had to explain how much they will lose by refunding and offer to refund $10 of the $17. I explained I love using ETSY and I have never had this much of an issue. Never use this vender again!

I swear that I packed all 4 pairs of these shoes in the 10x8 black shipping bag, and the buyer said it was a 8x4 white shipping bag that can't even fit 1 pair in there. I asked the buyer for pictures of the shipping bag/label and the buyer said she has thrown the packaging material. we still offered a refund minus the shipping and listing cost that have already pid out and took a lost of the material cost. So, be your own judge...
