The information you provide to Etsy for transaction purposes is governed and stored by Etsy. As a seller on Etsy, I am bound to their policies. If you have questions relating to the way Etsy uses your information, please refer to the Etsy Privacy Policy here: https://www.etsy.com/legal/privacy.

I only use customer information to fulfill orders. Your personal information (name and address) as provided to me by Etsy will only be used by me as needed to provide my services. I may use your information to fulfill your order, to settle disputes, or to provide customer support. I may collect, use, retain, and share your information if I have a good faith belief that it is reasonably necessary to: (a) respond to legal process or to government requests (i.e. taxes) (b) enforce my agreements, terms and policies; (c) prevent, investigate, and address fraud and other illegal activity, security, or technical issues; or (d) protect the rights, property, and safety of my customers or others. If and when required, I will communicate with you about your order status using the Etsy "conversation platform".

I have no access to your payment account details. Etsy Payments and PayPal process your financial information independently of me. Your transaction information will be stored on the Etsy system as long as I have my store on Etsy or until Etsy deletes the information.

I will not spam you or solicit you using the information provided to me. You may receive communications related to order status when necessary. You may also receive communications related to past orders if said order is discovered to have been fulfilled incorrectly or to be affected by a production error. In this case I may offer you one or more resolutions free of charge to ensure your product operates correctly. You may refuse these resolutions, but by doing so I can not be held responsible for product dysfunction.

If you are not satisfied with one of my products, I encourage you to first contact me to see if arrangements can be made for a quick and easy resolution of your grievance. I do not currently accept returns or exchanges except where legally required by Etsy policies. However, if you have a product that has not met your expectations of does not function properly you may contact me through Etsy to make arrangements for a resolution of your issue at my discretion. If your product is discovered to be dysfunctional, I will attempt to make reasonable arrangements to repair or replace said product. Aesthetic flaws and normal wear and tear are not considered dysfunction and will be addressed at my discretion. Due to the handmade nature of my products, availability of spare parts cannot be guaranteed at all times. If a dysfunctional product cannot be repaired or replaced, I will issue a refund for the cost of said product as long as it is within the timeframe that Etsy allows for refunding payments. If both a refund and replacement cannot be offered for any reason, I will attempt to replace the product with another of similar value.
