As expected, delay on delivery which wasn’t great as it was part of a gift, however the product is beautiful and just as I wanted

The quality of the product is good. My favorite part is the personalization -- it looks great! There was a delay in shipping so it took a little longer for me the item to arrive than I had originally hoped.

Sweater is well crafted and exactly as pictured. Shipping however is a nightmare. Kept being told it shipped which it clearly didn’t. Arrived and clearly shipped after expected due date. Very frustrating! If you love it order it.. it is very nice, but definitely order a month in advance of when you plan to gift it.

I couldn't tell you anything about the item, because weeks later, it has not even shipped. Seller says it shipped, but when you actually TRACK it, it is only "shipping label created." Today is five days after it was supposed to be delivered and it isn't even sent.

The item did not match the description. The Italian flag is green red and white. It is clearly shown on the item description in the photo. The item I received had a flag that was grey white and red

Unfortunately, I was very disappointed with this purchase. The sweater I received did not look like the product pictured in the listing. My main concern was the embroidery of the name “Cruz.” The stitching of the r and u are so close/connected that the name looks more like “Cmuz” or even an “m”, which was not what I expected and was the specific issue I brought to the seller’s attention. When I contacted the seller and requested a refund, they offered to remake the sweater. I explained that my concern was the poor appearance of the font and stitching, and they said they would be happy to fix it and resend it at no additional cost. Before the original sweater was made, I had been shown a digital mockup, so I understood what the design was supposed to look like. However, before sending the second attempt, I asked to see a photo of
