What brands of apparel do you sell?
For T-Shirts, we use Comfort Colors® and Bella + Canvas, and for Sweatshirts and Hoodies, we use Gildan. If you are looking for a specific apparel brand, don't hesitate to ask!
Do you offer proofs for you designs?
For custom designs, we always send a proof of how the design will appear on the chosen garment if we detect any issues with the garment color and design colors. If we receive no response, we will proceed with the best option under our consideration. We provide a 24-hour window for you to reply, so please be attentive to conversations! If you are not satisfied with the sample, we will continue working on it until you are 100% satisfied.
How do I send my photos for custom designs?
You can send your photos via Etsy messages or by emailing inkflowfiles@gmail.com with your order number. If you don't know which photo to chose, send us multiple photos!
Difference between colors of garments and designs on the screen and in person.
The difference between colors of garments and designs on the screen versus in person can be attributed to several factors. The colors you see on your particular screen may differ from those on other devices. Additionally, DTG (Direct-to-Garment) printing may result in colors appearing slightly different than what you see on a screen, depending on color calibration and other technical factors.
