How do I get my digital files after I buy?
Etsy sends you a download link automatically as soon as payment goes through. You can also find everything under etsy.com/your/purchases. Note that downloads don't work through the Etsy app, so open it in a browser if you run into issues.
What format are the STL files in? Will they work with my printer?
Files come in .STL format, which works with pretty much every slicer out there Bambu Studio, PrusaSlicer, Cura, Chitubox, Lychee, you name it. We test our models on both FDM and resin printers before listing them. If you need a different format like OBJ or 3MF, just ask.
Can I use your files to sell printed items?
Personal use is included with every purchase. Commercial use (selling prints, using files in client work, etc.) depends on the specific listing check the description or send us a message and we'll sort it out.
Do you do custom orders?
Yes. Send us a message with what you're looking for and we'll let you know if it's something we can do and how long it would take. Custom digital files usually take 3 to 7 days. Physical pieces take a bit longer depending on complexity.
What's your return policy?
Digital files can't be returned since they're downloaded instantly, but if something is wrong with the file or it's not what was described, message us and we'll fix it. For physical items, contact us within 7 days of receiving your order if there's a problem.
My download link isn't working. What should I do?
Try opening etsy.com/your/purchases in a desktop browser downloads don't work in the Etsy app. If it's still not working, message us and we'll send the files directly.
Do you offer bulk or wholesale pricing?
For larger orders or wholesale inquiries on physical accessories, send us a message with what you need and we'll work something out.
