How can I Download the files?
The files will be available right after your payment clears.
You’ll be redirected to the downloads page where you can find the “View your file” link. You will also receive an email from Etsy.
Alternatively visit “Your account” section on Etsy and click on “Purchases and reviews” to access files from your invoice.
Note: Download through the Etsy app is NOT available.

Do I need a commercial license?
If you have a small business, with 3 or less Full-time employees, you can use the files for sale, as long as you are creating a physical end-product (up to 1000 sales total), without an extended licence.
You must credit Creative Wolf Design (https://www.etsy.com/shop/CreativeWolfDesign21) on all items for sale, in your descriptions, whenever possible. If you are selling through instagram, please tag @creativewolf_design.
If you plan to make more than 1000 sales, have more than 3 employees or a fabric or craft supply shop, or similar, please message me to discuss other licencing terms.
Can I use these on Print on Demand sites?
You MAY NOT use the artwork in any POD (print on-demand) or print fulfillment sites, including but not limited to society6, redbubble, zazzle, threadless, teepublic, spoonflower, printful, printify, gooten, gelato, merch by amazon, patternbank, Creative Market, Creative Fabrica, etc.
Are the pattern files editable?
All pattern files for sale on Creative Wolf Design are flattened files. They are not editable, layered or vector. If you’d like a pattern in a different colour, please message me BEFORE you purchase it.
Do you do custom work?
At the moment, I do not accept custom orders. Feel free to suggest any designs you’d like to see, though, and I may create them.
Do you offer returns or refunds?
All sales are final. Since the files are digital, they cannot be returned or refunded. Make sure you read the listing description before purchasing any files. You can message me if you have any questions.
What colour format are your designs?
For each pattern I provide 2 files: 1 PNG file in RGB and 1 JPEG file in CMYK. If you require a TIFF file (flattened) or JPEG in RGB, please message me.
