Crow Creative does not automatically gather any personal information from you, such as your name, phone number, or email address. This information is only obtained if you provide it voluntarily, by purchasing an item, through contacting us via email, messaging or social media and signing up to my e-mail newsletter. When voluntarily providing information to Crow Creative, we will only use your personal information for the stated purposes for which it was collected, unless you provide consent otherwise.

To fulfill your order, you must provide us with certain information (which you authorized Etsy to provide to us), such as your name, email address, postal address, payment information, and the details of the product that you’re ordering. You may also choose to provide me with additional personal information (for a custom order for example), if you contact me directly.

When voluntarily providing information via e-mail or through an online form on the Crow Creative website, your personal information is only used for the stated purposes for which it was collected, unless you provide consent otherwise. Your personal information will only be disclosed to or accessed by Crow Creative employees (or designated representative) with a need to know in relation to the purposes for which it was collected. Crow Creative will not sell or rent your personal information to any third parties. Crow Creative uses Mailchimp to manage and distribute e-mail newsletters.
If you provide Crow Creative with your mailing address or e-mail, you may receive periodic mailings or e-mails from us with information about new programs or upcoming events, if you have given permission to be contacted. Crow Creative uses MailChimp to manage and distribute e-mail newsletters that contain news about our activities including upcoming events, product sales, limited edition and latest releases. We generally keep your data for the following time period: 7 years.
