Palaeontologist shares her hobby

I've been sewing since I was quite small, and recently picked up cross stitching again a few years ago. I shifted away from cross-stitch and began designing my own science-inspired embroidery patterns when I participated in a Secret Santa event for palaeontologists! My first self-designed piece was a Dilophosaurus skull. I loved it so much I decided to make more, and eventually I had too many to keep or give away! So, I started selling my pieces on Etsy. I even started making D&D inspired pieces, since so much of my stitching happens while I'm playing!
