Custom and bespoke orders

All orders are custom made. You can ask to change fonts/images before the graphic draft.Once the order is received, I will send you the graphic draft via messages for approval. I am not responsible for any typos not reported before printing.

Storage before the event

Once you have received the order and made sure that everything is intact and there are no problems, I suggest you keep the products in a cool, dry place, especially if you have sugared almonds or chocolates. I am not responsible for any products stored incorrectly after delivery.NB: to avoid excessive heat, I do not ship products with chocolates or sugared almonds from June to mid-September.
