Returns and Exchanges details:
Refunds and exchanges are available on a case by case basis, and typically only if there is a problem. If there is a problem with the item you ordered or you are dissatisfied for any reason, please get in touch with me first, and I will do my best to fix the problem. Since most of my items are made to order, I am unable to refund an order simply because you changed your mind. I apologize for any inconvenience this may cause. Custom orders cannot be returned. Please provide a photograph of the issue along with an explanation when you contact me and I will work with you to resolve the issue.
Payment
We accept all major credit cards including Visa, American Express, and MasterCard. Additionally, we accept payment through PayPal.
Shipping Addresses
MAKE SURE your shipping address is 100% correct before purchase as I cannot change it once it is in the system! Orders not delivered due to missing, invalid, or incomplete addresses will not be refunded or replaced.
Shipping
I try to ship your item within 5 business days (not counting weekends or holidays). Since all items are made to order, production can go beyond the 5 business-day window during holiday seasons. If you have any concerns, please send a message. Once a package has shipped, I am no longer in control of that item. If you would like a shipping upgrade (so it gets to you faster), please notify me before purchasing so I can create a separate listing for you to include those costs. Shipping upgrades speed up the delivery, but not the production of the order.
