What impressed me even more was Peter’s exceptional customer service - by any industry and e-commerce standard. He made sure the parcel reached South Africa, changed the label for privacy, followed up with the national postal service despite conflicting tracking updates, and even contacted the recipient directly more than once. He was thoughtful, proactive, and clearly very experienced in handling international delivery. I would absolutely recommend this shop. Also, if it were not for this cute duck, I never would have discovered the Guide to Practical Programming, so thank you for that too. 🙏🏽🐥
