File Delivery: Files will be available to download once payment is confirmed.
Policies
Payment and shipping
I accept Paypal and delivery by email will be performed after confirmation of payment. Your file will be delivered to the email address as stated on your Etsy account. Please check your junk or spam folder if you have not received your file within 24 hours.
1. All listings are digital works, so there will be no delivery costs! You will receive a download link for your file straight after payment is made. Etsy provide further instructions here:

2. Digital shipping takes place within 24 hours of payment received.
3. DesignByDerek is not responsible for the loss of any shipped artworks. Due to the nature of downloadable prints, I cannot offer refunds on digital files. However if you do have any problems, please feel free to message me so that we can try and sort something out.
Refunds and Exchanges

1. All sales are final.
2. All care is taken to relay the message that this store ONLY sells PRINTABLES unless otherwise specified, and the buyer is fully responsible for his/her purchases.
3. Any customisation request should be relayed before transaction. If a request is made after transaction, DesignByDerek will endeavour with every effort to fulfill the request. However if the request if after the transaction, no refund will be given.

My artworks cannot be used to create products for digital or physical sale and cannot be uploaded to any website or blog. All files are protected by copyright of DesignByDerek and by purchasing my artworks you agree to the above terms. Purchase does not transfer rights.
Please note: Colours of my artworks on your screen may slightly vary to what you will see once printed. This depends on a number of variables, namely, your monitor, printer quality and paper quality.
