Copyright for any graphic used on your product, digital print or any image used in my shop is not transferred with this purchase. You may not reproduce the designs from items purchased from Design Gypsee. All Images are for personal use only.

Design Gypsee provides no ship-by-date guarantees and will assume no responsibility for orders arriving late or after any date, holiday, or otherwise. Priority shipping options are available for most items, if not, please let me know your location and I can quote you a shipping upgrade. Please keep in mind that Priority Shipping does not speed up production time.

Please make sure your address is correct or notify me of a correction to the address immediately after placing your order.
Design Gypsee assumes no liability for the incorrect address information provided by the customer. A reorder is the only replacement solution if you cannot recover the item from the address you provided.

I take color matching of the design to product pretty seriously, however , please understand, that all monitors show color a little differently. For that reason no returns or exchanges will be processed for slight color shifts in printed products. However if the color of your product is completely different (you ordered something yellow and received something red) please do not hesitate to contact me and I will do my best to make it right.

Design Gypsee cannot cover reprints or refunds when the order is marked as delivered to the specified address. I highly recommend asking around your community or contacting your local post office.

I am happy to personalize or customize most of the items in my shop. Please feel free to message me with any questions or personalization requests.
If you are purchasing an item that requires personalization, please make sure to send me all pertinent information at the time of purchase via order notes or an ETSY message. If you don't have some of the information or a photo (if required) at the time of purchase, please let me know that your order needs to be put on hold.

I am happy to offer design proofs followed by 1 round of revisions upon request only, free of charge. If you request a design proof please ensure that you are available to collaborate with me to ensure a seamless process. Please note, that a lengthy proofing and revision process is not accounted for in production time and, as a result, the shipping date for your order may get extended. I reserve the right to start production on your order "as is" if you have requested proof but have not responded to it in 24 hours.
