First off, customer service was fantastic. The tracking was a mess and never showed any movement, and it took a long time to arrive, so I thought there was an issue but no matter how many times I reached out, the seller was always helpful and friendly. Sand is exactly as described, a great addition to my collection. It was a little difficult to get out of the packaging because the packaging was adhesive but I managed! I took a star off ONLY because of the shipping delays and tracking issues (this was the first order I placed out of over a dozen and it was the last to arrive), but honestly the seller is amazing and communicative, so I would recommend him and I’d purchase from here again.

I never received the item. I reached out to the seller about a tracking number but did not get a response. It's unfortunate, since I was looking forward to getting the sand from Portugal.

So I give him 5 Stars on shipping. I don't penalize a seller's FB/ratings because the postal system is slow! Be patient!

I highly recommend this shop! Not only was our order exactly what we had hoped for, the owner (upon hearing the reason why I was ordering the sand) had included a special, personal touch. I can only hope that someday I can actually travel to Bora Bora and go to this shop in person!
