Shearling is best kept when hung in fresh air. When soaked in rain or snow, dap it with a non-coloured towel and leave it indoor. The fur will dry completely and revive like a magic. For stains on the fur, using a damp non-coloured towel, dap the stained spot with a dish-detergent diluted lukewarm water, leave it for minutes, and dap it with a clean non-coloured towel with clean water.
