Yes! Almost all items in my shop can be customized. Whether you’re uploading a photo, adding a name / date / year, or requesting a special message — just fill out the personalization boxes or send me a message at checkout. I personally review every order and hand-edit the photo or text to make sure it prints perfectly.

I typically process orders within 1–3 business days (unless otherwise listed). Once packaged and shipped, delivery times depend on your location — but most orders in the U.S. arrive in 3–7 business days.
If you need the item by a certain date (birthday, holiday, martial arts promotion, etc.), just message me and I’ll do my best to expedite it.

Because every item is made-to-order and personalized, I generally can’t offer returns or exchanges. However, if there’s a defect, damage, or printing error, contact me within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos, and I’ll work with you — offering a replacement or refund if needed. Your satisfaction matters.

No worries! If you contact me within 2 hours of placing your order, I can fix names, dates, or swap out the image before production starts. At EverMerry, I always try to catch mistakes, but once production begins, changes aren't always possible — so message me ASAP and I’ll help!

All EverMerry items are designed by me in my studio, and then professionally printed and shipped from trusted U.S. production partners. This ensures faster delivery, beautiful print quality, and consistent results every time.

If your order arrives damaged, send me a message with a photo within 48 hours and I’ll replace it right away.
