We could not help UPS losing the package for a few days. That was not the sellers fault. We are very happy that they did find it and it made it in one piece. My friend loved her gift!

She kept me updated throughout the process and the final products were just stunning! Kerri did a wonderful job capturing the dogs and creating beautiful Star Trek portraits. The portraits were a gift for my aunt and she was absolutely blown away and thrilled when she opened her gift. I highly recommend PetCharacters. I would definitely purchase from them again.

How long does it take to create a portrait?
The lead time to create an illustration varies depending on the demand. If you need your portrait by a critical date just mention it in your order notes and we can discuss options to ensure delivery in good timing. Typically during the holiday season, the lead time can be as long as 2-3 weeks after your photo references have been approved.
Can I request a custom character design?
Yes, custom character creation depends on the project details and is not always available. During the holiday season, order volume is too high to create custom characters during that time of year.
Sizing details
Each single pet portrait includes an 8x10 inch print.
Each multiple pet portrait includes a free upgrade to an 11x14 inch print.
There is an option in my shop to "Upgrade You Print Size" to the following sizes.
10x12, 11x14, and 13x19.

Can I have more than one or two pets in my portrait?
Yes! I can create a portrait with more than two pets in it. Each additional pet is $50. Please contact me to make sure that the character theme that you would like is available for multiple pets.
Can I request changes to my portrait?
Yes, once your portrait is completed I will send you a digital preview via email for you to direct any changes that may be needed before printing and shipping your portrait.
