Frequently asked questions
What paper should I print on?
You can really use any kind of paper, but I highly recommend any of the following:
Presentation Paper (Glossy or Matte)
Brochure Paper (Glossy or Matte)
Photo Paper (Glossy or Matte)
32lb Bright White Paper (Glossy or Matte)
For Caprisun labels, use label/sticker paper.
Will instructions be included?
Yes! Instructions are included and are available to download after purchasing and after accessing your template(s)
Do I need any special software or equipment?
No. You do not need anything specific in order to access the files. All you need is a basic laptop computer and printer.
Where is the link to edit my template?
You will receive an email with a link to edit your template(s) immediately after your purchase is complete. It will be sent to the email that you have on file with Etsy.
What supplies do I need?
-Printer and Paper or Print Service
-Glue or Tape
-Snacks or treats pertaining to the custom label/wrapper
I made a mistake but I am out of downloads. Do I have to purchase it again?
I limit designs to 4 downloads per purchase (except for a select few) in order to prevent misuse. If you made a mistake or downloaded the file in the wrong format, message me and I will grant you access to correct the mistake.
I’ve never done this before, how does this work?
Though I find this very easy, it may be challenging for someone who is not familiar with using a computer, printer, basic computer software, or making party favors. If any of these apply, making a purchase may not be best for you. Though I am only a message away and more than happy to answer any questions, if you do not at least have basic knowledge of this I may not be able to help you.
Should I download as a PDF, PNG, or JPG?
For designs that can fit multiple per page (which are most of my designs except the chip bag) you have to download as a PDF. Chip bags can be downloaded in any format but PNG and PDF work the best.
