"How long will it take to receive my Made to Order item / custom order?"
Made to Order and Custom orders will ship within 2-4 weeks of payment received. There is a "ship by" date that will be attached to the order receipt. If for any reason there is a delay with your order you will be contacted.
Handmade items take time so I do appreciate your patience!
Care instructions
For best results I recommend dry cleaning on any of the rayon based garments or items. Rayon can shrink significantly when it gets wet. I do pre-wash all the garment fabrics to minimize shrinkage but I can't make any guarantees that it wont shrink a bit further in future washes. Face Masks are made with 100% cotton and can be machine washed.
"My order says it was delivered but I did not receive it. Can I have a refund/replacement?"
Unfortunately, there is not much I can do once a package is in the hands of the post office. I cannot be held responsible for lost or mis-delivered packages. Please contact your local post office if your item's tracking number indicates it was delivered but you did not receive it.
No refunds or replacements will be made on orders lost by the USPS.
