Frequently asked questions

I ordered the wrong size, can I change it?

Yes you can, but you have to act fast. Once your order is being printed, unfortunately we cannot change the order anymore. So if you need a change of size, contact FIERCEPULSE ASAP.

I used the wrong shipping address, can I change it?

As long as your item is not shipped yet, it can be changed. Please contact FIERCEPULSE with your correct shipping address.

Once the order is shipped out (you will receive tracking info when shipped) FIERCEPULSE cannot make any further address changes. You need to contact the carrier who is delivering your items.

I changed my mind, can I still cancel my order?

As long as your items are not in print yet, you can still cancel your order. When your item is "in print" FIERCEPULSE cannot cancel anymore since they are already being made. Most orders go into print within 10 mins to 1 hour.

I ordered the wrong size, can I return/exchange it?

As these are custom printed and sewn for you in your favorite print and due to the large variety of prints and sizes we offer, we do not accept exchanges or returns. Each pair is custom made to order just for you and I do not keep an inventory. Size charts are provided in the photo section of every listing. Please check them carefully or contact me before ordering if you have further sizing questions.

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. Please send us a message via Etsy together with a description and photo of the fault or damage. You will receive a reply from us within 24-48 hours and if the exchange is approved we will organize a replacement for you.

When will I receive my order?

Most orders are ready for shipping in 5-8 business days sometimes sooner. Business days are Monday - Friday and do not include weekends and holidays. There is also postal in transit time once shipped from FIERCEPULSE in California. Normal postal transit times are 2-5 days within the USA. Please take this into consideration when placing your order. You can find your scheduled ship by date on your order invoice in your purchase history. You will receive a package tracking number via email once your order has been shipped and is in transit to it's destination.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Your local postal driver, at his/her discretion, may choose to leave the package at the door or on your porch. All packages are shipped with tracking included. FIERCEPULSE is not responsible for packages that are lost or stolen after the driver confirms delivery of the package. It is strongly recommended that you check the tracking link provided to you frequently to make sure someone is there to receive the package at the time of delivery. Or, that a secure delivery location is provided. You will receive a tracking number and link for your package once it has been shipped.

Insufficient Address, Unclaimed, and Returned Packages

Wrong Address - If you provide an address that is considered insufficient by the courier, the shipment will be returned to our facility. You will be liable for reshipment costs once we have confirmed an updated address with you.

Unclaimed - Shipments that go unclaimed are returned to our facility and you will be liable for the cost of a reshipment to yourself.

Returned without Authorization & Unclaimed Shipments - Each items is mostly custom made to order just for you therefore we do not accept returns. Any items returned without authorization after delivery confirmation will be held and reshipped only at the customers request and expense. After 30 days, unclaimed and returned packages will be donated to charity.

What is the difference between the regular and yoga leggings?

The yoga leggings have an extended, raised waistband (which will be in a coordinating color), flatlock stitching and a triangle shaped gusset crotch.

Stitching on all of the leggings will be either white or black in color.
