Can I change my address after placing an order?
Address changes can be made up to two hours after placing your order.
Do you accept exchanges or returns?
Due to the nature of the product being made to order, we can only accept returns or exchanges if your item arrives misprinted, damaged, defective, or is not the size you ordered i.e. it was mislabeled. Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or you receive the wrong item, so we can evaluate the issue and make it right. PLEASE NOTE! It is not possible to exchange an item for a different size/color. If you are unsure of which size would fit you best, please refer to our sizing charts - we have one for each item listed in the product images. If possible, please measure your favorite shirt from armpit to top to bottom and compare. Thank you.
How long will it take for my product to arrive?
It takes us between 2 and 5 (on average 3) days to produce and ship the products. Then you need to add the shipping times (5 - 7 business days) on top of that which is the average time for it to reach your hands.
