Frequently asked questions
What if my print is damaged or has a printing error?
No worries at all. All our items are fully insured for situations like this. If your print arrives damaged or with a printing issue, just send us a few clear photos showing the damage (both the print and the packaging/box). This helps us analyze what happened and file an insurance claim with our printer.
Once we’ve received your photos, we’ll immediately arrange a free replacement for you. You’ll also get an Etsy message from us with your new tracking number so you can follow the delivery every step of the way.
What if I want to request a return or refund?
As written in our shop policies, we don’t accept returns or refunds since all our items are made to order through print-on-demand. We only print your item once you place an order, so we don’t keep any stock or storage.We’re a small shop doing everything per request.
That said, if the mistake is on our end (for example, if you received the wrong print or design), we’ll absolutely make it right and send a replacement or refund. If you’re unsure about sizes, colors, or anything before ordering, please reach out to us first. We’re always happy to help and guide you to make sure you get exactly what you want.
