Welcome to Fur & Ash!
We are two passionate people who like to make stuff.
One of us found the fursuit community back in 2016 and immediately clicked with the creative side of it, especially character design. Actually building a suit back then just wasn’t in the cards, so the idea sat in the background for a long time.
The other one comes from an engineering background and got pulled in through the technical side of things. 3D printing, materials, and figuring out how to make parts that fit together properly is kind of the whole thing.
At some point, it made sense to combine those two skill sets.
We make fursuit bases and DIY kits that are designed to be built on, not just looked at. The character side makes sure things read well and feel right. The engineering side makes sure they’re practical to print, assemble, tweak, and fix when needed.
This isn’t about doing everything for you. It’s about giving you solid starting points and parts that don’t fight you halfway through the build.
