DELEN EN OPENBAAR MAKEN VAN INFORMATIE
Informatie over onze klanten is belangrijk voor ons bedrijf. We delen uw persoonlijke informatie om zeer beperkte redenen en in beperkte omstandigheden, als volgt:
• Etsy. We delen informatie met Etsy als dat nodig is om je onze diensten te leveren en te voldoen aan mijn verplichtingen onder zowel het Etsy Verkopersbeleid als de Etsy Gebruiksvoorwaarden.
• Dienstverleners. We schakelen bepaalde vertrouwde derden in om functies uit te voeren en diensten te verlenen aan mijn winkel, zoals bezorgbedrijven. We zullen uw persoonlijke gegevens delen met deze derden, maar alleen voor zover nodig om deze diensten uit te voeren.
• Mailchimp. In overeenstemming met het produceren van e-nieuwsbrieven zal relevante informatie zoals namen, e-mailadressen en contactgegevens met dergelijke entiteiten worden gedeeld om marketingcampagnes te produceren.
• Yahoo. Wanneer u zich aanmeldt voor promoties of marketingcampagnes, worden namen en e-mailadressen opgeslagen op de e-mailserver van Yahoo.
• Google. In sommige gevallen wordt elke inzending voor uitdagingen of enquêtes voor sociale media persoonlijke informatie verzameld, gedeeld en opgeslagen in Google Drive, dat privacyschild-gecertificeerd is.
Sociale media. We bewaren persoonlijke informatie zoals namen en activiteiten op sociale platforms zoals Facebook, Twitter of Instagram. Raadpleeg hun gespecificeerde richtlijnen voor privacybeleid op bestaande sociale mediaplatforms, aangezien dit een derde partij is en wij niet aansprakelijk zijn voor hun privacyrichtlijnen.

We bewaren uw persoonlijke gegevens alleen zolang als nodig is om u onze diensten te leveren en zoals beschreven in ons Privacybeleid. We kunnen echter ook worden verplicht om deze informatie te bewaren om te voldoen aan onze wettelijke en reglementaire verplichtingen, zoals om te voldoen aan zakelijke doeleinden en om te voldoen aan wettelijke of fiscale verplichtingen, of om geschillen op te lossen en om mijn overeenkomsten af te dwingen. Wij bewaren uw gegevens over het algemeen niet langer dan 4 jaar.
OVERDRACHT VAN PERSOONSGEGEVENS BUITEN DE EU
We kunnen uw informatie opslaan en verwerken via hostingdiensten van derden in de VS en andere rechtsgebieden. COLLECTING PERSONAL INFORMATION
To fulfil your order, you must provide us with certain information (which you authorized Etsy to provide to us), such as your name, email address, postal address, payment information, and the details of the product that you’re ordering. You may also choose to provide us with additional personal information (for a custom order of jewelry, for example), if you contact us directly.
If you do not provide necessary information that is required with respect to a fulfilling your order, we will not be able to engage in completing the order.
WHY WE NEED YOUR INFORMATION AND HOW WE USE IT
We rely on a number of legal bases to collect, use, and share your information, including:
• as needed to provide our services, such as when we use your information to fulfill your order, to settle disputes, or to provide customer support;
• when you have provided your affirmative consent, which you may revoke at any time, such as by signing up for our mailing list, promotional campaigns, social media challenges or giveaways;
• if necessary to comply with a legal obligation or court order or in connection with a legal claim, such as retaining information about your purchases if required by tax law; and
• as necessary for the purpose of our legitimate interests, if those legitimate interests are not overridden by your rights or interests, such as 1) providing and improving our services. We use your information to provide the services you requested and in our legitimate interest to improve our services, and 2) Compliance with the Etsy Seller Policy and Terms of Use. We use your information as necessary to comply with our obligations under the Etsy Seller Policy and Terms of Use.
INFORMATION SHARING AND DISCLOSURE
Information about our customers is important to our business. We share your personal information for very limited reasons and in limited circumstances, as follows:
• Etsy. We share information with Etsy as necessary to provide you our services and comply with my obligations under both the Etsy Seller Policy and Etsy Terms of Use.
• Service providers. We engage certain trusted third parties to perform functions and provide services to my shop, such as delivery companies. We will share your personal information with these third parties, but only to the extent necessary to perform these services.
• Mailchimp. In accordance to producing e-newsletters, relevant information such as names, email addresses and contact information will be shared with such entities to produce marketing campaigns.
• Yahoo. When you sign up for promotions or marketing campaigns, names and email addresses will be stored on the Yahoo email server.
• Google. In some cases, any submission to social media challenges or surveys, personal information will be collected, shared and stored in Google drive, which is privacy shield certified.
Social Media. We will retain personal information such as names and activity on social platforms such as Facebook, Twitter or Instagram. Please see their specified privacy policy guidelines on existing social media platforms as this is a third party and we are not liable for their privacy guidelines.
• Business Transfers. If we sell or merge our business, We may disclose your information as part of that transaction, only to the extent permitted by law.
• Compliance with laws. we may collect, use, retain, and share your information if we have a good faith belief that it is reasonably necessary to: (a) respond to legal process or to government requests; (b) enforce our agreements, terms and policies; (c) prevent, investigate, and address fraud and other illegal activity, security, or technical issues; or (d) protect the rights, property, and safety of my customers, or others.
THE LENGTH OF TIME PERSONAL INFORMATION IS STORED
Data Retention
We retain your personal information only for as long as necessary to provide you with our services and as described in our Privacy Policy. However, we may also be required to retain this information to comply with our legal and regulatory obligations, such as to satisfy business purposes and to comply with any legal or tax obligations, or to resolve disputes, and to enforce my agreements. We generally keep your data no longer than for 4 years.
TRANSFERS OF PERSONAL INFORMATION OUTSIDE OF THE EU
We may store and process your information through third-party hosting services in the US and other jurisdictions. As a result, we may transfer your personal information to a jurisdiction with different data protection and government surveillance laws than your jurisdiction. If we are deemed to transfer information about you outside of the EU, we rely on Privacy Shield as the legal basis for the transfer, as Google Cloud is Privacy Shield certified.
UNDERSTANDING YOUR RIGHTS
If you reside in certain territories, including the EU, you have a number of rights in relation to your personal information. While some of these rights apply generally, certain rights apply only in certain limited cases. We describe these rights below:
• Access. You may have the right to access and receive a copy of the personal information we hold about you by contacting us using the contact information below.
• Change, restrict, delete. You may also have rights to change, restrict my use of, or delete your personal information. Absent exceptional circumstances (like where we are required to store data for legal reasons) we will generally delete your personal information upon request.
• Object. You can object to our processing of some of your information based on our legitimate interests and (ii) receiving marketing messages from us after providing your express consent to receive them. In such cases, we will delete your personal information unless we have compelling and legitimate grounds to continue using that information or if it is needed for legal reasons.
• Complain. If you reside in the EU and wish to raise a concern about our use of your information (and without prejudice to any other rights you may have), you have the right to do so with your local data protection authority.
