I recognise that many customers are therapists, trainees, counsellors, supervisors, or other helping professionals. To protect your professional privacy:

• no session related or clinical data is collected
• no information about your practice, caseload, or therapeutic work is stored
If you voluntarily share context about your practice (e.g., for a custom order), it is kept confidential and not stored beyond the duration of the project.

4. Data Storage & Security
All information provided through Etsy is stored securely within Etsy’s platform. I do not download, export, or store your personal data outside of Etsy unless required to resolve a support request you initiate.
Any direct communication outside Etsy (e.g., email for custom work) is handled with care and deleted once the project is complete.

5. Third Party Services
Your purchase is processed through Etsy. Etsy may collect additional information as described in their own Privacy Policy. I do not have access to your payment details, card information, or financial data.

6. Cookies & Tracking
Any cookies or tracking technologies used during your visit are controlled by Etsy. This shop does not use additional tracking tools.
