Wanted my husband’s logo made into a custom neon sign for his shop/office. Ordered at the first week of December. Seller was extremely responsive and helpful! Worked with me and my many requests for mock-ups and ensured arrival before Christmas. Received the item on Monday the 23rd and it was everything I wanted and more! Absolutely perfect. I sent the designer photos of my dog with measurements of the space and how big I wanted it in order to fit the area where I’m putting the neon sign. My dog is a tripawd and I wanted not only her but also her personality to shine through. And I wanted this for Christmas decor I can use every year. The designer was outstanding and is super talented and easy to work with. The image looks just my dog and I love it! This store is a joy to work with and I can’t wait to put up my sign for the holidays. So much so I’ve now ordered another sign for a Christmas gift. I love this vendor and you will be so pleased. my dog past away last month and the patio was his favorite spot to hangout. I wanted to make it a place I could sit and still feel connected to him and decided on a neon portrait. I got several mock ups from other companies, but Glowing Graphix was hands down the best at capturing his personality and not just copying a photo. They worked with me with coloring and design concepts and It turned out AMAZING! I can’t recommend them enough!!
