How do I get my files after I buy?
Right after checkout, Etsy gives you a download link. You can also find it anytime under Purchases in your Etsy account, and Etsy emails you a link too. Etsy's app doesn't download files, so use a web browser.
Which size should I print?
Each planner comes in US Letter (8.5 x 11 in) and A4. Use Letter in the US and Canada, A4 almost everywhere else. Print at 100% or "Actual size."
Can I type into the planner?
Yes. The PDFs are fillable. Open them in a free PDF app like Adobe Acrobat Reader or Preview (Mac), type into the blanks, and check the boxes. You can also print it and use a pen.
Can I print it more than once?
Yes. Print as many copies as you like for your own household, every year. Please don't share or resell the files.
Do you offer refunds?
Because these are digital downloads, refunds aren't offered. If a file won't open or something isn't right, message me and I'll fix it.
