• Standard Shipping (where available) will be sent via Post Office airmail without tracking. Estimated delivery time is 15–25 working days, with an additional 5-days allowance for possible delays

• Expedited Shipping will be sent via courier with tracking. Delivery is not subject to delay and takes about 5-8 days. Courier 'Remote Locations' incur additional fees.

Do you combine shipping?

Yes. We are more than happy to combine your orders, however, as Etsy cannot calculate shipping for international sellers, please contact us before buying and we will be happy to offer you a quote. If you already made a purchase and would like to combine shipping please let us know as soon as possible and we will refund you any excess payment if your orders haven't already been shipped.

Do you offer international shipping?

Yes, we do. We ship orders via air mail to all worldwide destinations serviced by FedEx.

Are all your products made in Japan?

The vast majority of our products are Japanese made. However, we have several quality products that are for the Japan market, but quality made in other countries. Please be assured this does not detract away from the quality of the item. If an item is not made in Japan it will be mentioned on the product description in the listing.

We're very sorry if you've received a defective or broken item. Please do not throw the item or its packaging away and send us a clear photo of the whole item and a focused photo where the damage is to us via the contact form below, and we'll be happy to help. Please note, we cannot process any returns without a photo of your damaged or defective item so please send us the photo first. There may be instances where we will request you return the item, so please hang onto it.

Sending orders as gift and changing item price to zero

Deliveries to areas designated 'Remote Areas' by FedEx may incur additional shipping fees.

Do I need to pay customs fees for orders to the U.S. and its territories?

No. All orders shipped to the United States and its territories (including Puerto Rico, Guam, U.S. Virgin Islands, American Samoa, and Northern Mariana Islands) are sent Delivered Duty Paid (DDP). This means U.S. tariffs and duties are already included in the shipping cost, so you won’t have to pay anything extra on delivery.
