A lot of crust for little auralite and a surcharge of 17 euros international customs duty which doubled the initial price I think I enjoy Auralite 23 more in pointed crystal form. Thank you for your gifts

The good: The seller responded to my first message quickly. The shipping speed was super fast. The sphere was packaged well and there were some cute stickers and a small freebie. The bad: The sphere has some natural holes and divots in in, which is fine, however there is an area where it has a sizable chip missing, and there is a second smaller chip in a different area. Looks like damage, not natural variance. The excellent: seller reached out to me and offered a great customer service interaction to fix the issue with the chips. Definitely recommend this seller!
