All 3D printed models are made-to-order and are eligible for various customizations depending upon the model and product listing.

All resin-based 3D prints have a "Custom" sizing option, which includes bespoke rescaling of the model(s) in question along with custom supports and test prints.

All filament-based 3D prints can be printed in solid or multi-color filaments. Some filament models are also suitable for additional customizations, including logos and messages.

All 3D printed models include sizing details in their production description. Where applicable, a product photo is included with each listing with sizing information and comparison items for scale.

All resin-based 3D prints are printed using UV-activated resin. Treat each model with care as it can be damaged if used roughly. While beautifully detailed and fun to handle, resin models can include tiny parts and are not safe for small children.

Liquid resin is toxic, so while the cured resin in our models is safe to handle, it should never be exposed to solvents or consumed by any animal. Harsh environments may degrade, crack, or damage the piece so ensure that it is kept in safe storage.

All filament-based 3D prints are printed using PLA filament, which is an environmentally friendly and long-term biodegradable plastic. PLA-based 3D prints will begin to deform in high heat exceeding 60-65°C (140-149°F) so do avoid those environments.

All of our products are eligible for gift wrapping and packaging.

Each product is bagged and wrapped in bubble wrap to ensure a safe and secure shipping process. Miniatures and terrain kits are packaged in their own individual boxes to further prevent rattling or damaging forces during shipping.

All of our resin-based 3D prints are printed on 6k+ resolution printers at 0.05nm (or smaller) layer height. Each model is printed in sturdy gray UV resin, resulting in highly detailed models with a smooth finish and nigh imperceptible layer lines.

Our current maximum resin print volume is: 300mm x 165mm x 300mm

Each print is thoroughly washed in 90%+ IPA (isopropyl alcohol) and cured under UV light until fully dry, inside and out. Each model is supported, hollowed, and holed where appropriate to ensure efficient resin use, solid walls, clean drainage of internal resin, reduction of printing errors, and minimization of model weight.

All models are shipped pre-cured with all supports removed.

While all efforts will be taken to provide perfect prints, resin models always have minor blemishes, including support marks. Drainage and venting holes are placed in discrete locations on the bottom and back of the print but are left unfilled.
