► Processing Time && Shipping
Please note, most of the items are delivered in less than 10 days. However, our policy is that it can take from 2-10 BUSINESS days to process the order, and additional 2-14 BUSINESS days to deliver the item depending on your location and if its a holiday season. This is to cover outliers.

► What to do if you received broken or defective item?
We’re always happy to assist and resolve any concerns, including replacing mugs that broke during the shipment or addressing any other questions and concerns about our products. All you need to do is provide picture of the damaged item, and we will send a replacement

► Exchanges and Returns
• Once the mug has gone into production, which usually happens within 3 hours of order placement, we won’t be able to make any changes.
• All items are made-to-order. Therefore, we're unable to process returns. If the item comes damaged, we will send a replacement.
